July 25, 2013: Bob Umstad representing Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Limited (LRQA) visited the Cathodic Anodes Australasia (CAA) manufacturing site in Kunda Park, Queensland, for a review of our processes and quality assurance systems. The audit covered a range of operations from management, business development and sales through to manufacturing, planning and product certification.

CAA first gained ISO 9001 accreditation in 2009. Since then we have received independent audits by an LRQA representative every year to ensure we continue to meet the standards and improve our quality assurance systems. In between we conduct our own internal audits to identify further opportunities to streamline our processes and improve the quality of our products and customer service.

The proof was in the pudding today when we received a thumbs-up and once again retained our ISO 9001 accreditation. Well done team!
